Returns must be made within 30 days of when you receive the product.
Whether you’ve purchased the item in store or online, you may return unopened, unused, resalable items
to any Carpet City Flooring Center Carpet City Flooring Center store location. Used or opened tools, if verified to be defective, can be exchanged.
You must have a copy of your confirmation email/receipt with you to make a return in a store. However, there are some items that are non-returnable. Carpet City Flooring Center does not accept discontinued products or products purchased from competitive retailers.
If you are unable to return the products to one of our store locations, you can ship the product back to the destination in which it was shipped. You will need to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization, as well as package the product so it is ready for shipment. For orders shipped by truck (LTL), product must be on a pallet, and either shrink wrapped or strapped onto the pallet. If the product is not properly secured to a pallet, the trucking company will not be able to pick up the product form your home/business. For orders shipped by Fedex, must be packaged securely for shipment. The customer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs. After Carpet City Flooring Center receives the product, please allow 36 hours to process the return, but this time can vary. All returns will be verified by the receiving location to verify what has been returned and that it is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Your refund will be provided by the same method you originally used to order the product(s). Any items returned without return authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 40 percent restocking fee.
CancellationsOrders cancelled prior to shipping can be cancelled without penalty.

The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to validate the credentials, references, insurance and certification of installers before any work begins. Claims for product damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Thoroughly inspect all products before installation, as use will constitute acceptance.
